Job Summary:

Responsible for providing technical support, guidance, and training to clients and partners on proper gamefowl conditioning, nutrition, and health management. Ensures the effective implementation of conditioning programs to optimize performance and overall health of gamefowl within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement gamefowl conditioning programs tailored to client needs.
  • Provide technical advice on nutrition, supplementation, training schedules, and disease prevention.
  • Conduct farm visits to assess gamefowl condition and make improvement recommendations.
  • Train farm staff and handlers on best practices for gamefowl care and conditioning.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of conditioning programs, adjusting as necessary.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records of farm visits, technical interventions, and client feedback.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in gamefowl handling, breeding, and conditioning.
  • Strong knowledge of gamefowl nutrition, health management, and fight preparation techniques.
  • Must know how to drive a 4-wheel manual transmission vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area (South Cebu).
  • Preferably with experience in technical sales or farm advisory roles.
