The Treasury Assistant provides support to the daily operations of the team both for disbursements and receipt functions. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processes disbursements / payments with check printing as payment method such as store related payments (rentals and utilities), vendor payments and LGU payments.
  • Prepares payment related documents such as deposit slips and monitors payment documents such as official receipts
  • Maintains payment-related functions in SAP which includes check maintenance,posting of check details, and ensures adequate level of check inventory
  • Reconciles payment transactions in SAP

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in the field of Accountancy, Business and Finance.
  • Must be skilled in handling the accounting records.
  • Must be proficient in the use of computers.
  • Should have good interpersonal skills.
  • Must have good organizations skills.
  • Should be aware of the different banking details.
  • Proficient in mathematics and should be capable of handling the finances with ease.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Balintawak, Quezon City
