About the role

Lakpue Drug Inc. is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Treasury Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will play a vital part in supporting the smooth operation of our finance department. As a Treasury Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of important administrative and financial tasks that are essential to the success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the daily management of cash flow and bank accounts, including reconciliations and reporting
  • Process and record incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, document management, and data entry
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and analysis as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate financial information
  • Maintain and update financial records and documentation in a organised manner
  • Contribute to the implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Perform other ad-hoc financial and administrative duties as needed

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of Accountancy or any related business courses.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar treasury or finance support role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work with financial data and reports
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of accuracy in financial transactions
  • Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Organised and proactive approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and regulations an advantage
