The Treasury Associate will support the company's treasury operations by managing short-term investments and loan requirements. They will also assist in reviewing loan agreements and maintaining strong relationships with partner banks to ensure the company's liquidity and financing needs are effectively met.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Economics, or any related course.
  • Preferably has a background in treasury, specifically in loan and placement management.
  • Must be knowledgeable in corporate fundraising, corporate lending, and relationship management.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of experience, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Job Overview:

  • Call banks to canvas rates for money market rates and loan interest rates.
  • Negotiate and book money market placements with financial institutions.
  • Negotiate for the short-term loan requirements of the subsidiaries and prepare documents for short-term loans.
  • Review agreements necessary for loan availments.
