About the Role

FundHub is seeking a skilled and creative Online Course Creator to collaborate with us in developing a large-scale, professional training program. This project will involve creating a minimum of 80+ modules (80+ videos and sub-courses) across multiple course types in the funding and finance space (0% funding, business loan brokering, credit repair, and related topics).

The role involves building branded, visually clean PowerPoint presentations, integrating graphics, writing copy, and determining where screen recordings should be included. Because some recordings will contain sensitive client or financial data, the candidate must know how to blur or redact private information (e.g., Social Security numbers) without disrupting the video continuity.

All final videos and materials will be structured, organized, and compiled into a centralized location, ready for FundHub's education platform.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate one-on-one to design and build a minimum of 80+ modules (video lessons and sub-courses).
  • Develop branded, professional PowerPoint (or comparable) slides that are clear, concise, and visually engaging.
  • Repurpose content from existing courses and integrate new material.
  • D when to use screen recordings versus static slides for maximum impact.
  • Blur or redact sensitive information in screen recordings without disrupting video flow.
  • Incorporate graphics, icons, and visuals for engagement and clarity.
  • Write and refine copy for slides, scripts, and course notes.
  • Create SOPs and supporting materials for consistent delivery.
  • Draft scripts for on-camera presentations.
  • Compile all content into a centralized location for FundHub to upload into the education platform.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements

  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint (or Google Slides / Keynote).
  • Strong graphic design ability (or access to a design team for visuals).
  • Ability to edit screen recordings and blur/redact private information.
  • Copywriting ability to create clear, persuasive course material.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with finance, funding, or credit repair industries.
  • Experience with eLearning platforms (Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, Udemy).
  • Instructional design or training development background.
  • Video editing, animation, or multimedia integration.

Timeline & Compensation
