Job Summary:

GAMA Foods Corporation is looking for a Company Architect to lead the planning, designing, and execution of building and site development projects. The role will ensure that all architectural plans meet functional, safety, and aesthetic standards while aligning with business and operational requirements. The Architect will work closely with engineering, construction, and compliance teams across all company projects, including office buildings, production facilities, farms, and site expansions.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect with a degree in Architecture from a recognized institution

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction, project design, and architectural planning

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design and drafting software

  • Strong knowledge in building codes, site development, materials, and structural coordination

  • Experience in designing industrial, commercial, or agricultural facilities is an advantage

  • Strong project management, analytical, and coordination skills

  • Willing to travel or be assigned to project sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop architectural plans and layouts for company projects, including offices, warehouses, and poultry farms

  • Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and company requirements

  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout the construction lifecycle

  • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure architectural integrity, functionality, and quality standards

  • Prepare and present design proposals and progress reports to management

  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and revisions to address project concerns

  • Assist in permit and compliance documentation related to architectural requirements
