Responsibilities

  • Work closely with architects to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings for various projects.
  • Build and maintain BIM models using software like ArchiCAD and Revit, ensuring designs meet company standards, BEPs, and industry best practices.
  • Generate Construction Drawings directly from the BIM model.
  • Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans, ensuring they are accurate, functional, and ready for construction.
  • Collaborate with the design team to smoothly integrate concepts into the construction process, making sure models align with the latest construction technologies.
  • Support Architectural, Electrical and Construction design projects by using BIM technology to simplify workflows and enhance project understanding.
  • Ensure that all models and drawings comply with local building codes and regulations to make them ready for construction.
  • Handle different projects and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and according to schedule.
  • Understands the difference between Level of Detail, Level of Information (LOI), and Level of Development (LOD) in BIM modeling.
  • Experienced in supporting all major project stages—from Schematic Design (SD) to As-built models.
  • Familiar with LOD progression, from early design (LOD 100) to fully detailed, data-rich models for construction and handover (LOD 400–500).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture,
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling using Revit and other related software.
  • Preferably proficient in Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, Twin motion, and Navisworks.
  • Experience or basic knowledge in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of building design, construction technologies, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Managing multiple projects and adapting to shifting priorities is a plus.
