Responsibilities

A. Labeling Operations

  • Operate manual or automated labeling machines to apply labels on bottles, jars, tubes, or boxes.
  • Ensure labels are applied straight, legible, and aligned according to specifications.
  • Verify that product labels match batch manufacturing records (BMR) and production instructions.
  • Adjust labeling machines as necessary to maintain accuracy and quality.
  • Monitor label supply and ensure consistent availability to avoid production delays.

B. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements (FDA labeling standards).
  • Record production output, batch numbers, and labeling details accurately.

C. Equipment Operation & Maintenance

  • Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting of labeling equipment.
  • Ensure labeling equipment is ready, clean, and properly maintained before and after use.

D. Safety & Housekeeping

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area around labeling operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Vocational/Technical Certificate in Cosmetics, Packaging, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in labeling operations within a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and basic production safety protocols.
