FLEXO MACHINE OPERATOR

-is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials such as labels, packaging films, paper bags, or cartons. This role involves ensuring the correct alignment, color registration, ink viscosity, and print quality while maintaining efficiency and safety.

BAGGING OPERATOR

-is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring machines used to manufacture and bag paper bags. This includes feeding raw materials, maintaining machine performance, ensuring proper folding, gluing, printing (if applicable), and stacking of finished paper bags. The operator is also accountable for maintaining product quality and minimizing downtime.

LAMINATING

-is responsible for operating and maintaining laminating machines that use a combination of heat lamination and extrusion coating to bond layers of films, paper, or foil. The operator controls the heating elements and extrusion systems to ensure strong, uniform lamination with excellent product quality and minimal waste.

THERMO FORMING

  • is responsible for operating and monitoring thermoforming equipment used to shape plastic sheets into specific products through heat and forming molds. The operator ensures efficient machine performance, high-quality output, and adherence to safety and production standards.
