Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filling machines according to established production procedures and specifications.
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines to achieve correct fill volumes, labeling, sealing, and packaging standards.
• Conduct in-process quality checks including fill weight/volume verification, visual inspection, and sealing integrity.
• Ensure compliance with product quality standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company policies.

Qualification

• Experience in food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or chemical filling operations.
• Knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or other process improvement systems.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork.
• Basic understanding of safety and quality systems such as ISO 9001 or HACCP.
