Location: Field-based (frequent hospital visits required)

Job Summary:

The Field Representative is responsible for coordinating and maintaining accreditation and contract compliance between the company and partner hospitals or healthcare facilities. This role involves regular field visits to hospitals to update contracts, collect requirements, assist with accreditation documentation, and ensure all agreements remain current and compliant with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned hospitals and healthcare facilities to manage and renew accreditation and service contracts.
  • Coordinate with hospital administrators, medical directors, and liaison officers for document completion and signature.
  • Ensure timely submission and processing of accreditation requirements and compliance documents.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts, renewals, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor contract expirations and initiate renewal processes ahead of deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit regular field reports, including visit summaries and contract status updates.
  • Provide assistance to the internal accreditation and legal teams regarding contract terms or updates.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner during hospital visits and external meetings.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or any related field.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in fieldwork, client relations, or healthcare accreditation (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently to different hospital locations.
  • With valid driver's license and can drive (an advantage).

Work Setup:

  • Field-based role (frequent hospital visits within assigned areas).
  • Reports to the office as required for documentation or meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
