About the role

Seeking licensed Pharmacists to join our esteemed healthcare BPO team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Licensed Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert pharmaceutical services and guidance to our clients and their patients. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your healthcare expertise within an innovative, technology-driven BPO environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Reviewing, evaluating and verifying patient medication orders and prescriptions
  • Providing pharmaceutical advice and counselling to patients, caregivers and healthcare providers
  • Maintaining detailed patient records and medication histories
  • Collaborating with medical teams to optimize patient care and medication management
  • Participating in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
  • Continuously updating your knowledge of new medications, treatments and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • Must be Registered Pharmacist
  • Must have Clinical or Hospital experiences
  • BPO Experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using pharmacy software, electronic health records and other relevant technologies
  • Passionate about providing quality pharmaceutical care and patient-centric services
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
