Position Title: Junior Master Data Analyst

Salary Range: Php 50,000 – Php 80,000

Work Type: Contractual (6 months, with possible extension)

Work Setup: Hybrid – 8 to 10 days per month onsite

Work Schedule: Midshift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

Company Overview:

Join the Global Services AI Master Data Management (MDM) team focused on leveraging data and enhancing strategic capabilities through AI-based solutions. As part of the ContractIQ initiative, this role supports contract data analytics and ensures completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, understand, and extract key information from executed customer contracts.
  • Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain contracting data and support ongoing projects.
  • Provide timely and accurate data insights to business teams.
  • Maintain and document data quality processes.
  • Stay informed on best practices in data management and AI integration.
  • Perform other data-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data operations, master data management, or similar roles.
  • At least 1 year of experience in contracting, pricing, quoting, or related business function.
  • Familiarity with commercial contract structures (terms, amendments, addendums, clauses).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in data management and AI-based solutions is preferred.
