We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Engineer / Maintenance Technician to perform routine and emergency maintenance, installation, and repair work on equipment and systems. The ideal candidate should be technically proficient, customer-focused, and capable of diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems and equipment.

  • Install, calibrate, and test new equipment and machinery.

  • Troubleshoot issues and repair faulty components or systems.

  • Maintain detailed service records and documentation of repairs and maintenance.

  • Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Recommend improvements or upgrades to equipment and procedures.

  • Train operators and users on proper equipment use and basic troubleshooting.

  • Recording and reporting the Schedule and Unscheduled Down times to the Production Manager.

  • Assure the strict implementation of 5s, Golden Rules, and HSE Policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field.

  • Proven experience in equipment maintenance or service engineering (3–5+ years, depending on seniority).

  • Knowledge of:

  • PLC

  • High Pressure Vacuum System experience is preferred

  • Facility Maintenance

  • Pneumatics

  • Electro-mechanical System

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
