Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Refrigeration Technician located in Calamba. The Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration systems. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, diagnosing issues, and ensuring all refrigeration equipment is running efficiently. The technician will work closely with other maintenance staff to ensure the facility's refrigeration systems are operating safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair of refrigeration systems
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Electricity
• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant certifications and training in refrigeration technology or a related field is a plus
