Documentation Specialist

The Documentation Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization in documenting business processes across departments. This role ensures that departmental policies, process flows, and reporting systems are aligned with company objectives, efficiency standards, and compliance requirements. The position will work closely with Department Managers to standardize workflows.
Process Alignment & Documentation
- Collaborate with Department Managers to draft, review, and document process flows that reflect actual operations.
- Document policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines for each department.
- Ensure consistency and compliance of departmental processes with company policies and industry regulations.
- Create simple presentation or animation of process flow through Canvas, Powerpoint or other softwares
Fresh graduates with strong documentation and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
