Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for non-clinical positions within the hospital. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for administrative, finance, technical, and other specialized positions while ensuring alignment with the hospital's staffing requirements, organizational culture, and compliance standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborates with hiring managers to determine staffing needs for non-clinical positions across different hospital departments.
- Prepares and posts job advertisements on the hospital careers portal and external job platforms.
- Sources candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and targeted recruitment channels.
- Screens resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess qualifications and job fit.
- Coordinates interview schedules and facilitates communication between applicants and hiring managers.
- Maintains recruitment databases, trackers, and reports for accurate documentation and compliance.
- Assists in the pre-employment and onboarding process by monitoring submission of requirements and coordinating with concerned departments.
- Supports employer branding initiatives to strengthen the hospital's position as an employer of choice for non-clinical professionals.
- Performs other HR-related tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least one (1) year of experience in recruitment, preferably within healthcare, finance, or other specialized industries.
- Familiarity with hospital operations and non-clinical staffing requirements is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and MS Office applications.
