Are you a detail-oriented QS Engineer with strong experience in vertical construction projects? We're looking for a professional who can ensure cost efficiency, accuracy, and accountability across our projects. If you have the technical skills and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment, we want you on our team

Core Functions:
  • Prepare, review, and validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Bill of Materials (BOM), cost estimates, and project budgets.
  • Monitor and evaluate work accomplishments vs. targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Analyze and confirm subcontractor billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project contracts.
  • Support project managers in cost planning, risk analysis, and financial control.
  • Provide accurate documentation and reports to support management decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure efficient resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.

  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices in vertical construction projects.

  • Proficiency in estimating, costing, and project documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Civil Engineering or related field (Licensed Engineer preferred).
  • With proven work experience as QS Engineer in vertical construction projects.

  • Willing to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Can start IMMEDIATELY.
