We are currently in need of Quantity Surveyor.

Job Description:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bill of quantities.

  • Evaluate tender documents, contracts, and technical drawings.

  • Review all estimates, costings, and proposal.

  • Provide cost advice, value engineering and risk management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Preferrably with Licensed but not required

  • 3-5 year's experience in estimation and quantity surveying

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Autocad and QS Software is an advantage.

  • Knowledgeable in Construction methods and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
