We are currently seeking an innovative and results-driven QS Engineer to manage project material and job orders, oversee subcontractor billing (weekly/monthly), analyze cost variances, recommend corrective actions, and prepare cost comparisons for materials and labor.
Job Description:
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same capacity.
- Evaluates and controls the project requirement in terms of the material order and job order and weekly and monthly billing of subcontractor.
- Analyze and manage cost variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Prepares and evaluates cost comparison of all material (finishes/consumables) and labor works.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
