Crawford & Company is looking for a
Technical Assistant
to join our team in the Philippines (Makati). This is a great opportunity to gain deep exposure to the claims management process, work with experienced professionals, and build a clear path toward becoming a General Loss Adjuster.

What to look forward to?

As a Technical Assistant, you'll be supporting the end-to-end processing of claims, from accurate file recording to stakeholder engagement and reporting. You'll play a key role in ensuring we deliver timely, high quality service to our clients, aligned with our standards and service level commitments.

This role is part of a development track, with hands on training and support to help you build the skills and knowledge needed to progress in your career.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site assessments and gather claim-related information
  • Assist in determining policy coverage for claims
  • Prepare detailed reports and settlement recommendations
  • Work with contractors, consultants, and vendors during reinstatement
  • Deliver excellent service to both internal teams and external partners
  • Maintain SLAs and performance metrics
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices
  • Embody Crawford's values, ethics, and service standards

What are we looking for?

  • Interest in claims or loss adjusting, with a desire to learn and grow
  • Understanding of the loss adjusting process and insurance environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear, respectful communicator, both written and verbal
  • Analytical thinking and sound decision-making skills
  • Commercial awareness and professionalism when dealing with clients
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Eagerness to develop technical and professional knowledge
