Job Summary:

We are looking for a Kitchen Helper / Cook to assist in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and passionate about food service, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist cooks and chefs in preparing and cooking food items.
  • Wash, cut, and portion ingredients as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
  • Support in plating and serving dishes during busy hours.
  • Follow standard food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female
  • Preferably a resident of Baguio City or willing to relocate before onboarding.
  • Vocational or College Level in a culinary or food-related course (preferred).
  • With or without experience; previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in basic kitchen tools, procedures, and food preparation.
  • Physically fit, hardworking, and able to work flexible schedules.
  • Can easily adapt to new environments and tasks.
