Job Description: Sales Representative (Promotional Products)
We are seeking a Sales Representative with proven experience in the promotional product field within the United States. The ideal candidate will help clients identify the right promotional items, manage the entire order process from product selection through vendor ordering to delivery, and provide ongoing support to existing customers. This role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Client Consultation: Assist clients in selecting promotional products that align with their brand, marketing goals, and budget.
- Order Management: Oversee the full order cycle, including product sourcing, vendor coordination, order placement, and timely delivery.
- Customer Relationship Management: Support existing customers with their promotional needs, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to expand accounts and generate new business within the promotional product industry.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of orders, client communications, and vendor interactions.
- Problem-Solving: Address client concerns, resolve issues quickly, and ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns.
- Must have direct experience in the promotional product field within the United States (required).
- Candidates from U.S. companies only due to industry-specific practices and standards.
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or client services within the promotional products industry.
- Strong knowledge of promotional product vendors, suppliers, and industry trends in the U.S. market.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, order management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service and building long-term relationships.
