Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits and coordinate open enrollment processes.
- Handle day-to-day employee relations issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain and update HRIS records and personnel files accurately and confidentially.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping administration.
- Assist with employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Solid knowledge of HR principles and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
