About the Role:

We're looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist to play a key role in pre-sales and post-sales activities across our Audio Visual solutions, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Yealink product lines. You'll collaborate with vendors, internal teams, channel partners, and customers to deliver technical expertise, solution design, product guidance, and training. This role bridges both the commercial and technical sides of the business, helping to shape go-to-market strategies, support enablement programs, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities may evolve as the business grows.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support for AV solutions and quotes, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and Yealink product offerings, and a broad range of video conferencing platforms
• Assist the sales team with technical scoping, product selection, and solution design for customers and partners
• Support customer meetings as a technical advisor alongside sales or business development teams
• Act as a key technical liaison between vendor and partner communities
• Develop and retain strong working relationship with vendor
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors technical team.
• Work cross-functionally with sales and product management team
• Train and execute enablement for business partners and inside sales to sell technology
• Stay up to date with product roadmaps, certification requirements, and interoperability updates
• Help troubleshoot and resolve complex pre-sales or post-sales technical issues in collaboration with vendors or support teams
• Support Product Team in all tasks
• Proactively work with key customers to generate repeat business

Skills & Experience

• Solid technical background in Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV systems, unified communications, and professional audio technologies
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to deliver with operational excellence and creativity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
• Skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and process improvement
• Team player who can also thrive in an autonomous work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Manila Time

Work Location:

• Office-based
• 7th Floor, Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne Quezon City 1800, Metro Manila
