Job Descriptions:

Workforce Management

  • Process and track expense claim forms for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support leave application and training request form submissions, ensuring they meet policy requirements.
  • Provide assistance in scheduling mobilisation requirements and labour movements across various projects.

Procurement and Inventory Management

  • Raise purchase requisitions and blanket purchase orders in alignment with operational requirements.
  • Perform goods receipting, ensuring timely and accurate records of received items.

Payroll Administration

  • Review and process weekly supervisor timesheet, logging data into a central system and communicating with Payroll.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations coordination, administrative support, or project coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks such as payroll, procurement, and workforce coordination.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in SharePoint and Power BI preferred.
  • Experienced in using corporate ERP systems and skilled in analyzing volume data
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively support Operations and Contract Management teams.
  • Experience in a shared services or multinational environment is an advantage
