General Tasks & responsibilities:


• Lodgement of loan applications


• Servicing Calculations


• Follow up with clients & relevant parties on outstanding information & supporting documents, valuations, pricing & discharge authorities.


• Updating clients in a timely manner on the progress of their loan (written & verbal)


• Contacting lenders & broker support teams & Business Development Managers to check on applications from submission to approval.


• Post settlement support / Pricing


• General admin to support brokers with loan applications.

Qualifications:


• At least +2 years of proven experience in the Australian Mortgage Industry


• Knowledge in using CRM tools (Preference for Nexus / Mercury experience)


• Experience working with Australian banks/lenders is a MUST.


• Experience with Australian rules and regulations around loan processing


• He/she must have strong experience in loan processing and good administration skills.


• Must have a good command of the English language


• Good written communication skills


• Good work ethics


• Detailed well-organized & independently competent


• Sense of Urgency, Adaptable, Reliable & able to show initiative


• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other systems or tools for tracking
