Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and managing a wide range of administrative support functions, including facilities management and general maintenance. Ensures that operations run efficiently and that staff are supported with necessary services and resources.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with health and security standards.
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Maintain inventory of assets and manage property records.
  • Ensure procurement is conducted in accordance with applicable policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in general services, logistics, or operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with inventory or facilities management systems is a plus.
