Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and managing the company's general services and administrative support functions. This role ensures efficient operations related to facilities, office maintenance, supplies management, transportation, security, utilities, and other support services necessary for smooth business operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of office premises, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with building, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources.
  • Source suppliers, request quotations, and coordinate with Procurement for purchases.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely availability of supplies and services.
  • Supervise company vehicles, drivers, and transportation requirements.
  • Monitor fuel usage, preventive maintenance, and proper utilization of vehicles.
  • Ensure timely and efficient support for logistics needs.
  • Manage contracts and relationships with service providers (utilities, janitorial, security, repairs, etc.).
  • Evaluate performance of vendors and contractors against service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist in policy implementation related to general services.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management regarding administrative operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in general services, facilities, or administrative management.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge in procurement, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant administrative tools.
