About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team at JG Manpower & General Contractor Services Corporation. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our wide range of services and drive business growth. This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Creating compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and advertising campaigns
  • Conducting market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activities
  • Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing initiatives and support lead generation efforts
  • Monitoring and analysing marketing campaign performance, and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices in the industry
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of events, tradeshows, and other marketing activities

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the construction or services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop unique and engaging marketing campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
