Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of experience managing professional social media accounts
  • Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences
  • Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, etc.)
  • Strong content creation skills (copywriting, image selection, basic video editing)
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Ability to interpret data and create actionable insights from social media analytics
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual storytelling and branding
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut
  • Understanding of community management and customer service via social platforms
  • Crisis communication experience is a plus
