JOB SUMMARY:

Ang Heavy Equipment Mechanic ay responsable sa pagsusuri, pagkukumpuni, at pagpapanatili ng mga heavy equipments gaya ng backhoe, bulldozer, payloader, crane, at iba pang kagamitan na ginagamit sa konstruksiyon. Tinitiyak niya ang maayos na kondisyon ng mga makina upang mapanatili ang kaligtasan, kahusayan, at pagiging produktibo ng operasyon sa proyekto.

Key Responsibilities

  • Magsagawa ng regular na inspeksyon at preventive maintenance sa mga heavy equipment alinsunod sa maintenance schedule.
  • Mag-diagnose at ayusin ang mga depekto sa makina, hydraulic system, electrical system, at iba pang bahagi ng kagamitan.
  • Magtala ng mga ginawang pagkukumpuni at mga piyesang pinalitan sa maintenance logbook o system.
  • Makipag-ugnayan sa mga site engineer at equipment operators ukol sa kondisyon ng mga makina at mga kinakailangang pagkukumpuni.
  • Tiyakin ang pagsunod sa mga alituntunin sa kaligtasan habang isinasagawa ang trabaho.
  • Magrekomenda ng mga kinakailangang piyesa o serbisyo upang mapanatili ang maayos na operasyon ng kagamitan.
  • Tumulong sa pagbibigay ng oryentasyon o pagsasanay sa mga bagong mekaniko o operator kung kinakailangan.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Nagtapos ng kursong Automotive Technology, Mechanical Technology, o kaugnay na larangan; mas mainam kung may TESDA NC II o NC III Certification sa Heavy Equipment Servicing.
  • May hindi bababa sa 2 taong karanasan sa pagkukumpuni ng heavy equipment (e.g., backhoe, bulldozer, crane, etc.).
  • Marunong sa pagbabasa ng mga technical manual at schematic diagrams.
  • May kaalaman sa paggamit ng diagnostic tools at equipment.
  • Pisikal na malusog at may kakayahang magtrabaho sa ilalim ng init ng araw o sa masikip na espasyo.
  • May positibong pag-uugali, disiplina, at kakayahang makipagtulungan sa team.
  • Mas mainam kung may lisensya sa pagmamaneho (Restriction Code 8 o mas mataas)

Place of Assignment: Willing to be assigned in Davao City at the Back of SM Lanang

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php Php800.00 per day
