JOB DESCRIPTION

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
  • Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and changes.
  • Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.
  • Resolve customers complaints , guide them and provide relevant information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Active listening.
  • Experience as a cashier is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS.
  • Customer satisfaction oriented.
  • Willing to be assigned in Benny's Place - Rustan's, Ayala Avenue, Makati City
