Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation:Washing, chopping, mixing, and preparing ingredients for various dishes, such as sauces, dressings, and components for entrees.
  • Cooking:Cooking food items using various methods (grilling, frying, sautéing, broiling) to meet quality and recipe standards.
  • Station Management:Setting up and stocking their assigned cooking station (e.g., pantry, fry, grill) with necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Plating and Garnish:Assembling and garnishing dishes according to established specifications and restaurant standards.
  • Quality Control:Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest quality, consistency, and safety standards.
  • Sanitation and Cleanliness:Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following proper food handling procedures, and adhering to sanitation regulations.
  • Inventory Management:Monitoring ingredient levels, restocking as needed, and notifying supervisors of shortages.
  • Teamwork:Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure the efficient and timely preparation of all orders.

Job Type: Full-time
