Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: job ads, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication.
  • Coordinate onboarding: prepare orientation materials, HR forms, and workstation setup.
  • Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical) and manage HR systems.
  • Support benefits administration and payroll processes by collecting necessary data (attendance, leave, etc.).
  • Respond to internal queries regarding HR matters and escalate when needed.
  • Help generate HR reports and metrics on recruitment, attendance, headcount, turnover.
  • Assist in organizing HR initiatives—training, engagement events, wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with the Philippine labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Admin, or relevant field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (ideally in hospitality or F&B sectors).
  • Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal), organization, and attention to detail.
  • High integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality, and a proactive work approach.
