Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: job ads, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication.
- Coordinate onboarding: prepare orientation materials, HR forms, and workstation setup.
- Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical) and manage HR systems.
- Support benefits administration and payroll processes by collecting necessary data (attendance, leave, etc.).
- Respond to internal queries regarding HR matters and escalate when needed.
- Help generate HR reports and metrics on recruitment, attendance, headcount, turnover.
- Assist in organizing HR initiatives—training, engagement events, wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with the Philippine labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Admin, or relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (ideally in hospitality or F&B sectors).
- Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), organization, and attention to detail.
- High integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality, and a proactive work approach.
