WFH - Full Stack Developer

We're seeking a Full-Stack Developer / UX/UI Designer who's passionate about the intersection of technology, healthcare, and innovation — someone with deep technical skills, experience working with APIs, and a forward-thinking mindset for leveraging AI-powered tools and platforms such as Vercel.

You'll design intuitive, conversion-focused websites and interfaces that reflect each brand's purpose while meeting the needs of patients, clinicians, and business stakeholders. This role works closely with the marketing, development, and brand strategy teams to ensure every design decision aligns with the goal of creating a modern, trusted, and impactful healthcare experience.

Hourly Rate: Php

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EDT (1-hour unpaid break); may require some weekends depending on project

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Development & Implementation

• Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications using modern frameworks (React, , , etc.).
• Integrate third-party APIs and develop custom APIs for data flow across platforms.
• Manage cloud hosting, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines using Vercel or similar infrastructure.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security best practices.

AI Integration & Innovation

• Utilize AI and automation tools (e.g., Vercel AI SDK, OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone) to enhance functionality and efficiency.
• Experiment with AI-driven workflows for content delivery, user interaction, and backend automation.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI and web technologies to drive continuous innovation.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work with UX/UI designers, marketing, and healthcare strategy leads to deliver patient- and provider-focused experiences.
• Participate in planning sessions to align business goals and technical execution.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain systems for stability and scalability.

Design & User Experience

• Design UIs and UX for healthcare brands, including websites, portals, and digital touchpoints.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups balancing functionality and aesthetics.
• Develop user flows and interaction designs that prioritize accessibility and clarity.

Brand & Strategy Alignment

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to translate brand strategies into digital experiences.
• Apply design thinking to ensure each product aligns with its target audience.
• Ensure designs support conversion goals and convey trust and innovation.

Execution & Optimization

• Collaborate with developers for accurate implementation of design systems and style guides.
• Conduct usability reviews, gather feedback, and iterate for improvement.
• Stay current on UX/UI trends and best practices in healthcare and digital health.

• 3+ years of full-stack web development and UI/UX experience (preferably in digital health, SaaS, or B2B).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, , , and RESTful API development.
• Experience with Vercel, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with AI development tools such as OpenAI APIs and frameworks.
• Proven portfolio showcasing measurable website or product design results.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools.
• Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance standards (HIPAA familiarity is a plus).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, responsive design, and user-centered principles.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL), version control (Git), and testing frameworks.
• Attention to detail, organization, and communication excellence.
• Familiarity with conversion optimization, analytics, and SEO-driven design strategies is a plus.
