Job Description:

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our client portal, integrating cloud services with in-house databases, and transforming raw data into meaningful insights using SQL and Power Query. You will also work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide seamless solutions that enhance their business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Integrate APIs between cloud services and in-house databases.
  • Utilize SQL and Power Query to transform raw data into client-ready presentations.
  • Create and maintain a client portal with functionalities such as referral uploads, live payroll date tracking, and accounting data downloads.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of data within the portal.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both in writing and verbally.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Proven experience in linking API databases of cloud services with in-house databases.
  • Strong SQL and Power Query skills for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Expert-level Excel skills for advanced data analysis and visualization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
  • Client-focused approach with the ability to translate client needs into functional applications.
