About the role

As a Graphic Designer at PHILBLANC COMPANY', you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful designs that support the company's marketing and branding initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Davao City, Davao del Sur.

What you'll be doing

  • Conceptualise and design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, digital banners, social media graphics, and packaging
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate creative briefs into innovative design solutions
  • Ensure design consistency across all brand touchpoints by adhering to the company's visual identity guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continually enhance the company's visual assets
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw)
  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, with a portfolio that showcases your versatility and design flair
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work
  • Familiarity with print production processes and a good understanding of digital or offset design principles
