Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines (SEO/SEM), and email.
  • Develop and manage SEO strategies to significantly improve organic traffic, search visibility, and keyword rankings.
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end email marketing campaigns, managing everything from content creation and design to list segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Handle paid ad management (PPC) on platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, and other relevant paid channels, continuously monitoring and optimizing campaigns for performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of all digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, content) to ensure all marketing activities are strategically aligned with overall business goals.
  • Effectively utilize CRM and automation tools, specifically Go High Level, Metricool, and Riverside (or similar platforms), for campaign automation, client engagement, and deep-dive analytics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with hands-on expertise in SEO, paid advertising (PPC), and campaign management.
  • Strong, demonstrated understanding of marketing analytics, A/B testing, and KPI tracking.
  • Direct experience with email campaign management and proficiency with modern marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Go High Level, Metricool, and Riverside (or comparable systems) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
