  1. Perform inspections of direct materials sub-contracted parts according to the define criteria using appearance and dimensional standard.

  2. Experienced in a plastics injection company

  3. Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustment to production.

  4. Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.

  5. Know's how to use measuring instrument

  6. Accurately document the results of the inspection and testing.

  7. Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.

  8. Coordinate calibration of all test equipment & fixtures.

  9. Participate in the construction and/or revision of SOP's for the inspection function

  10. Assist in the writing and updating of inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.

  11. Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action.

  12. Maintain good condition of keep samples (Master, reference, Limit) intended for the use during Incoming inspection.

  13. Ensure 5's is carried out and maintained in the area from time to time.

  14. Maintains safe and healthy work environments by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
