Accounting Associate for Budget and Reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- Minimum of 2 years experience in budget preparation, monitoring, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and report automation
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze actual expenditures against approved budgets across project and operational cost areas
- Prepare variance analysis reports with initial explanations for budget deviations
- Assist in tracking and distinguishing Capital Expenditures (Capex) vs. Operating Expenses (Opex)
- Gather cost data from project teams, update cost trackers, and support basic cost efficiency analysis
- Generate reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and operational efficiency
- Compile and maintain monthly real estate inventory reports, detailing unit availability, awarding status, construction progress, and turnover
- Support budget preparation by collecting departmental inputs and encoding budget data
- Prepare ad hoc financial and operational reports to address specific business needs
- Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to aid management decision-making and cost control
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
