Sales Training Officer

  1. Design and deliver effective sales training programs for new hires and tenured salespeople,

ensuring alignment with company goals and customer strategies.

  1. Develop and facilitate Training-the-Trainer programs to equip Sales Leaders and Managers with the

tools and skills to coach, mentor, and train their teams.

  1. Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps.

  2. Facilitate onboarding for new Sales Counselors covering product knowledge, sales techniques,

processes, and company values.

  1. Create comprehensive training materials including manuals, e-learning modules, simulations, and

role-play activities.

  1. Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; refine

programs accordingly.

  1. Support Sales Leaders in applying adult training principles to their day-to-day leadership and

coaching.

  1. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new training methodologies.

  2. Partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Actuarial, Customer Value Mgt., Operations,

and Finance) to ensure consistent messaging and learning alignment.

  1. Maintain accurate records of training activities, participation, and outcome.

  2. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the sales organization.

  3. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that are aligned with primary goals,

National Awards Conference, Agency Leaders and Associates Convention, Sales Conventions, and

Sales Rallies as deemed necessary.

Degree, Certifications, License

Graduate of any four (4)-year college course

Years of Related Experience

At least one (1) year of experience.
