We're looking for a highly experienced Brand Operations Manager who knows exactly how to manage people, structure chaos, and get results.

You'll work directly with Head of Branding & Strategy and lead the execution of brand projects, coordinating teams, overseeing creatives, and ensuring every plan turns into a finished result.

This is a senior, high-responsibility role. If you need daily hand-holding, this is not for you.

STRICT REQUIREMENTS (Read Before Applying)

  • You have personally built or managed an e-commerce brand or store that generated at least 100,000/month in revenue.

  • You have led a team (designers, copywriters, or marketing staff), not just freelancers, but a structured operation.

  • You are comfortable making decisions, setting timelines, and pushing others to meet deadlines.

  • You take 100% ownership. If your electricity or internet goes out, you solve it, you don't use it as an excuse.

  • You speak fluent English and can communicate clearly and professionally.

  • You have a stable work setup (fast internet, laptop).

Your Responsibilities

  1. Turn branding strategies into clear project plans with deadlines and deliverables.

  2. Build, manage, and coordinate teams (designers, writers, creatives).

  3. Oversee daily project execution and make sure tasks move forward without delay.

  4. Create simple SOPs and organise workflows for repeatable success.

Manage brand test launches (visuals, packaging, messaging).

  1. Track results and report key learnings back to Head.

  2. Maintain an overview of all ongoing and upcoming branding projects.

  3. Hire and train first-level team members when needed.

Schedule & Commitment:

18:00 to 21:00 Philippine Time (Monday-Friday)

3 hours daily. You must be online and responsive during these hours; consistency is non-negotiable.
