Key Responsibilities:
● Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
● Provide product information, assist with order placement, and resolve customer concerns.
● Address complaints, process returns/exchanges, and escalate issues when necessary.
● Maintain accurate customer records and update order details in the system.
● Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
● Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or apparel industries.
● Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral to good accent (clear and professional communication).
● Ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining a positive attitude.
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
● Proficiency in CRM tools, order management systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
● Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Very good English accent
● Experience working in a remote or offshore customer service role.
