Role SummaryDesign, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. ResponsibilitiesWork with Newmont's SCM IT lead and offshore support team to analyze incidents. Collaborate with technical teams to analyze errors related to ABAP or Interfaces.

Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Operations, Supply Chain) to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes. Create documentation for enhancements, process flows, and system configurations. Provide ongoing support to users for the SAP MM module.

Resolve incidents within SLA independently. Analyze incidents quarterly, provide root cause analysis, and suggest next steps for recurring issues. QualificationsEducational background in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP MM Inventory Management. Expertise in configuring S/4HANA Purchase module, buying channels, 3-way match, pricing conditions handling freight, discounts, and accruals. Deep understanding of workflow setup with or without SAP HCM Org structure, MRO planning using Maximo MROIO or SAP IBP MRO.Experience in MRP (Consumption based planning), Inventory management, Cycle counting.

Ability to debug and work with technical teams for faster resolution. Expertise in 3rd party integrations (3PL/4PL), freight forwarding, and logistics. Proficiency in MRP and MRO planning tools like Maximo MROIO or SAP IBP, preferably in mining or asset-intensive companies.
