Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end SAP MM functional activities including configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Design and optimize procurement, inventory, invoice verification, and material master processes.

  • Ensure smooth integration of MM with SD, FI/CO, WM, and PP modules.

  • Manage and mentor a team of SAP MM consultants, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.

  • Oversee project execution including scoping, requirements gathering, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users.

  • Provide advanced Level 3 support for SAP MM-related issues and enhancements.

  • Identify process gaps and implement automation or improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, system governance, and audit requirements.

  • Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and finance teams to align SAP solutions with business needs.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on SAP MM capabilities and best practices.
  • Present recommendations and updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 9+ years of SAP MM functional experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Strong expertise in:

  • Procurement (P2P cycle).

  • Inventory and warehouse management.
  • Material master and vendor master data.
  • Invoice verification and pricing procedures.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end SAP MM implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
  • Strong understanding of integration points with FI/CO, SD, PP, and WM modules.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Amenable to work 2-3 days Onsite and Midshift schedule (3pm-12am)
Preferred Skills
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM (Procurement & Inventory Management).
  • Exposure to Ariba, SAP SRM, or SAP IBP is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
