  • Configure and customize SAP Retail and MM modules in S/4HANA to meet business requirements.

  • Participate in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts in Retail/MM domains.

  • Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and conduct gap analysis.

  • Design solutions based on retail best practices including store operations, procurement, inventory management, and pricing.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (SD, FI, WM, EWM, FIORI, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP Retail/MM issues, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.

  • Create test plans, perform unit testing, and support UAT and Go-Live activities.

  • Provide documentation and user training as needed.

  • Support SAP system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP MM and/or Retail modules.

  • At least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA Retail.

  • Strong understanding of Retail master data (Article Master, Site Master, Listing), Assortments, and Pricing.

  • Expertise in core MM processes: purchasing, inventory management, stock transfers, invoice verification.

  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps relevant to Retail/MM.

  • Experience with IDOCs, ALE, BAPIs, and integration with external systems (POS, WMS, etc.).

  • Must be amenable to work in any shift (Day, Mid or Nightshift)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
