Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP F&R configuration and implementation, with a deep understanding of retail supply chain processes, particularly in forecasting and replenishment. This role requires excellent analytical skills, business process knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:Analyze and understand business requirements related to Forecasting & Replenishment processes. Configure and support SAP F&R modules including Forecasting, Replenishment Planning, and Order Proposal.

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Design and implement SAP F&R solutions to optimize inventory management, demand forecasting, and replenishment strategies. Ensure seamless integration of SAP F&R with SAP Retail (MM/SD) and POS systems.

Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.Document functional designs, test cases, and training materials. Required Qualifications:7–10 years of hands-on experience with SAP F&R configuration and implementation. Strong understanding of retail supply chain processes, especially in forecasting and replenishment.

Experience with integration of SAP F&R with SAP Retail (MM/SD) and POS systems. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP F&R implementation is preferred.
