An IT Consultant provides expert advice, strategic guidance, and technical solutions to help businesses optimize their IT infrastructure, systems, and processes. Assess current technologies, identify areas for improvement, and recommend or implement systems that enhance performance, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate clients' IT systems and business needs
  • Recommend technology solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Design and implement IT strategies, architectures, and infrastructures
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and system integrations
  • Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and provide mitigation plans
  • Manage IT projects, vendors, and implementation timelines
  • Provide training and technical support to end-users
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Consultant or similar role
  • Strong understanding of system integration, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA), Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus
  • Hybrid Work Setup (Requires onsite presence
    3x per week
