The Associate Director of Technical Learning & Development (L&D) playsa pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive trainingprograms to support HC Global's strategic objectives. This individual leads theentire Technical L&D team, collaborating across departments to drive aculture of continuous learning and align programs with business goals. As Associate Director, you will be responsible for such duties and responsibilities that are normally associated with your position, which include, but are not limited to the activities enumerated below:  Leadership and Strategy Ø  Developsand executes the long -term strategy for technical learning aligned with HCGlobal's strategic goals; Ø  Inspires,guides, and develops the Technical L&D team, fostering a culture ofinnovation and excellence; Ø  Collaborateswith HR and department leaders to address training needs and evolve learninginitiatives as the business grows. Ø  Manage allTechnical L&D team members from each department; Program Design and Execution Ø  Designsand delivers technical training programs that integrate advanced learningmethodologies, incorporating insights from fund administration andcross -department functions; Ø  Consolidatesall technical training initiatives into a cohesive program, ensuring alignmentwith organizational objectives and KPIs; Ø  Implementsmodern learning tools and technologies, including AI -driven platforms andmultimedia content. Stakeholder Engagement Ø  Conductsregular one -on -one meetings with departmental L&D representatives to gatherfeedback, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities; Ø  Collectslearner feedback to continually enhance training materials and delivery methods; Ø  Act as aliaison between L&D and department heads to ensure the training strategysupports overall business priorities. Performance Measurement Ø  Analyzestraining data and metrics to assess program effectiveness, making data -drivenimprovements to maximize impact; Ø  Reports ontraining outcomes, highlighting alignment with firm goals and employee careerdevelopment.  In addition to the above functions, you may also be expected, from time to time, to assist in othernon -operations work, as the need arises, and as determined by the Associate Directors, Directors, ExecutiveDirectors, and Managing Directors. Requirements· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;· Minimum of5 years in fund accounting, fund administration, or a related field;· At least 1year in a leadership role with exposure to business concepts and strategicplanning;· Provenexpertise in designing and managing L&D programs at a leading organization,with exposure to diverse methods and technologies;· Strategicthinking and adaptability to evolving business needs;· Strongknowledge of fund administration processes and interdepartmental workflows;· Exceptionalleadership and team development capabilities;· Advancedunderstanding of LMS, e -learning platforms, and AI training tools;· Proficiencyin data analysis to optimize learning initiatives;· Outstandingcommunication and organizational skills.
